To All EFS Clients:
We realize the obstacles you are facing due to the current service levels and disruptions in the supply chain and how they can/will affect your inventory arrival times. We want to set a receiving cut-off date, however, and we realize that if your product comes to us from overseas, it may not be possible or realistic for you to comply. We will look at all shipments that arrive on a case-by-case basis.
If you are planning on shipping in 24 or more pallets or a container for holiday inventory, we ask that It arrive by December 1st, 2022. For all other pallet and small parcel shipments, we advise an arrival date no later than December 6th, 2022.
REMEMBER: To go into the queue immediately, we must have all the necessary information - a packing list with the EFS SKUs, and all new SKUs must be entered. Please verify your information to be sure it is accurate and submit packing lists via the upload feature of the ASN form even if your manufacturer indicates they will include one.
Please be sure you have scheduled your 24+ pallets or container via the ASN link, and please complete and submit the ASN as well.
Click here to complete the ASN for your inbound shipments(s)!
If your shipment arrives after the aforementioned dates, resulting from delays out of your control, we will do our very best to process your inventory in time for orders to ship and arrive by Christmas.
Please note that the above-referenced dates are preferred arrival dates. Again, we understand the issues plaguing the supply chain and that this will greatly affect many of you regarding getting your shipments to us “on time”.
The carrier shipping deadlines will be posted within the next 2-3 business days via Zendesk and a client email/newsletter will go out next week as well.
If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service, or your Client Care Representative, via the Zendesk ticket system.
