It has come to our attention that Magento has issued an upgrade to 2.4.4. This requires that we implement a change to the integration module.
We are asking clients to not apply the upgrade to their store at this time so that we can upgrade the integration module.
We will send another announcement once the changes have been made.
If you applied the upgrade and orders are not being pulled into the system, please send in a support ticket to your Client Care Specialist.
