Canceling an Order
Clients are able to cancel an order or orders, in the Fulfillment Control Panel (FC) via the Dashboard without any assistance ONLY if the order is still in the Pending (Open/Yellow Box) status, Backorder (Red/Open Box) status, or On Hold (Open/Orange Box) status.
If the order has changed to Processing (Green/Open Box), you will need to create a support ticket via the Zendesk ticket system. Depending on how far along the order is in the processing stage, they may or may not be able to cancel the order for you.
Locate the order you wish to cancel under Search/Edit Orders, using your search field criteria (below shows the Last Name being used).
1. Cancel the Order
The above shows the there (3) statuses that allow you to cancel an order without any assistance from Customer Service. Pick the order you wish to cancel and click on the icon to the far right with the red "x" in it. Cancel
Note that the Completed (Brown/Open Box) and Processing (Green/Open Box) orders do not have the
option.
2. Confirm You Wish to Cancel the Order
You will see a box at the top of the page, making sure you wish to cancel the order and letting you know that the inventory that was being held for that order will become available to other orders.
3. Make Sure You Receive Confirmation from the FCP
