NATIONAL SERVICE DISRUPTION
Wednesday, April 13th, 2022
FedEx Express experienced substantial disruptions at the Memphis hub last night (April 12th, 2022), due to impacts from severe weather. This storm continues to create potentially hazardous operating conditions and the safety of the FedEx team members remains their number one priority.
Potential delays are possible for package deliveries across the U.S. with a delivery commitment of April 13, 2022. Contingency plans are in place and FedEx is prepared to provide the best possible service that conditions allow. Operational impacts to other FedEx operating companies may vary due to local weather conditions.
Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, shipments delayed to severe weather are not eligible for a refund or credit under their Money Back Guarantee policy.
