~CLIENTS WITH INBOUND INVENTORY AS NOTED ABOVE AT ANY GIVEN TIME~
Please be sure when you fill out the ASN (Advance Shipping Notice), for a container, or 24+ pallet shipment, and then go to the link to the "Calendly" scheduling tool, that you use your company name - the name under which you are registered with EFS.
If you list your supplier, manufacturer, or freight carrier's name, it causes confusion when we are trying to determine who the scheduled shipment belongs to - and this is important for us to have before the shipment arrives.
In addition, please be sure that your supplier, manufacturer, or freight forwarder is having YOU contact us for scheduling and delivery time, OR, please have them call EFS and not try to go through the Zendesk ticket system. Zendesk is for EFS clients only and when they write in via that venue - there is no association to a client name, nor do we want to add them to your account for Zendesk for obvious reasons.
