• These non-express orders would normally ship by Thursday, 6/5/25.

RECEIVING/RETURNS DEPARTMENT

• The Receiving Department is processing shipments from 6/3/25.
• The Returns Department is processing returns from 6/4/25.

PREP DEPARTMENT (LARGE RETAIL AND FBA PREP ORDERS)

The Prep Department is currently operating on a 1-3 business day schedule.

• We are picking FBA Prep and retail orders from 5/28 and 6/4/25.
• We are packing FBA Prep and retail orders from 5/27, 5/29, 6/2, 6/3, and 6/4/25.
