CONNECTING YOUR EBAY STORE
Once you are on the main portal page, you can connect your eBay integration by clicking on the blue "+ New Integration" button in the middle of the page if this is your only integration, or the "+Add" button in the upper right if you already have integrations connected, and then selecting eBay from the dropdown menu, as shown in the attached screenshots.
Once you have completed the settings outside of the grayed-out areas, save the integration to the main portal page. You will then need to grant permissions by clicking on the settings icon for the integration and then clicking on the blue "Request OAuth Handshake" button in the upper right of the settings page - I have attached screenshots as a reference guide.
Once you request the OAuth handshake, it will automatically update the token settings in the grayed-out areas on the settings page.
Here is the link to our ship rates so that you can update the ship rates listed in your store to ensure you're capturing enough at checkout EFS 2025 Standard Ship Rate Tables.
Once that has been done, you will need to map the ship method text listed in your eBay store to our shipping codes.
MAPPING YOUR SHIP METHODS TO OUR SHIPPING CODES
To create a mapping from the IS2 portal, click on "Ship Maps" located to the right of the "Received Orders log"; do not use the Global Ship Maps at the top of the page, this is for clients that have multiple integrations that use the same ship method names in all stores.
In the field that reads Cart Method Name, enter the exact ship method text that you are listing in the store.
Select the WMS Shipping Code you want us to use for the shipment from the Warehouse Shipping Service drop-down menu.
Standard Ship Rates: If you will be using our standard ship rates, I recommend using our "Best Rate Economy Lightweight Post" shipping code for your US orders; this allows us to rate shop on your behalf between USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, and FedEx Home delivery, billing you the lowest rate no matter how it ships.
SaverShip Rates: You can also select the SaverShip Premium shipping code for your US orders if you prefer to use this service instead. This is a mail consolidation service; all packages are taken to a sorting facility in Chicago and final delivery is made by a variety of regional and national carriers. While there are no rate shopping options for this service, the shipping rates are lower, and it offers the same 2-5 business day transit time as our standard shipping. Please review the details of this service and let me know if you have any questions.
I have also attached a screenshot as a reference guide that outlines the steps above when adding a new ship map.
Please follow each step carefully to ensure a proper connection, and please reach out if you have any questions.
