A few months back, we announced that FedEx was rebranding the Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) service to be a more competitive alternative to other services.  

 

FedEx Ground Economy is now a "start-to-finish" FedEx service, meaning the USPS no longer delivers on the last leg to the destination.  In addition, there are the following advantages:

 

• No Fuel Surcharges
• Reduced Delivery Area Surcharge (when applicable)
• Reduced On-Demand Surcharge
• Reduced Minimum Surcharge

USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 Days
