May 4th, 2021 - We are currently operating three (3) business days behind our normal order processing timeline.
EFS staff is working mandatory overtime to offset this delay, but we continue to struggle with COVID-19 related absences and staff shortages.
We are currently shipping orders from 4-28-21.
(These non-express orders would normally ship by Thursday, 4-29-21.)
Receiving is currently processing shipments 4-28-21.
The Returns Department is processing both normal EFS returns and drop-ship returns from 5-3-21.
