Many of you have inquired about how to generate return labels for orders that have had the personal information redacted.
In order to have the ability to perform this function, you will need to reinforce the procedure of running the Transaction Report from the "Reports" menu so you will have the personal information that corresponds with the particular order number.

Per the diagram, you will need to re-enter:
- Customer Name,
- Street Address
- You or the customer's email address*
As you can see, the City, State, and Zip Code information remains intact even after redaction.
*We recommend emailing the label to yourself first and then emailing it to your customer.

Please note that you will still be able to follow the normal process to generate a return label for any orders that have not had redaction take place.
Customer name, street address, email address, and phone number are not redacted until 15 days after the order ships in our system.
