HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 

We will be closed Friday, January 1st, 2021, in observance of New Year's Day.  We will reopen for business on Monday, January 4th, 2021.

 

Dear EFS Clients,

This past year has brought about unprecedented times, filled with hardship, struggle, grief, and doubt - some more than others, but we all shared some aspect of these things throughout the year.  We have witnessed people and communities across the nation come together in the face of adversity and we have witnessed painful events that threatened to tear them apart.

 

While EFS was grateful to be able to remain open for our clients, there were also many obstacles that affected our service and performance at times.  It was a delicate balance of keeping our staff safe and attending to our clients' needs.  We are proud of the teamwork that went into all of this, and I am proud to be part of that team.

 

Our CEO, John Lindberg, worked tirelessly on researching the COVID-19 virus, keeping up-to-date on all of the twists and turns involved, including improving upon PPE for our employees, and strategies for keeping our office and warehouse staff safe and informed.  Earlier this month, he finally made it possible for us to have COVID-19 testing for our employees, conducted on our premises.  Our employees are now tested every two (2) weeks and have some extra assurance they are doing their part to keep other employees and their families safe.

 

We have received so much praise and thanks from so many of you for our efforts, which helped us continue to push forward on especially difficult days and we are and will always be dedicated and committed to being the best we can be for all of you.  

 

We thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for being here for us, too.  We are looking forward to 2021 with renewed hope and optimism, but also with the knowledge that there are many changes we will face in 2021 as well.  We will get through it together!
