November 20th, 2020 - We are currently operating two (2) business days behind our normal order processing time.
We are currently packing orders from Tuesday, 11-17-20.
- These non-express orders would normally have shipped by the next business day, Wednesday, 11-18-20.
Receiving is currently finishing processing shipments from 11-6-20.
The Returns Department is currently processing shipments from 11-10-20 (drop-ship returns processing is on 10-28-20).
eFulfillment Service staff is working hard to stay on track with our order processing timelines and also make headway to resume a normal processing schedule in the Receiving and Returns Departments. We know it makes it extremely difficult for you and your customers when we are behind. We are grateful and thank you for your patience during the past months. We have been able to hire additional crew members for the present and also have additional staff waiting for the holiday season to move into full swing.
