FedEx is closely monitoring Hurricane Laura. Contingency plans are in place and, as always, they prioritize the safety and well-being of their employees.

If you have orders shipping to affected areas, or know you will be, it might be best to put a disclaimer on your website so your customers are aware and prepared for delays in shipping.
Please also be aware that per the provisions of their FedEx Service Guide, shipments delayed due to the storm are not eligible for a refund or credit under the money-back guarantee policy.
As always, with any questions, please contact us via the Zendesk ticket system. We ask that you please monitor any shipment's tracking first, however, as EFS reps will not initially have any additional information.
