eFulfillment Service, Inc. has received confirmation from DHL and USPS that shipments to Canada are being delayed due to both carriers facing major challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Severe delays in the U.S. processing centers and transports to Canada have been noted and Canada Post is facing the same issues with import processing and delivery.
- End-to-End transit time for packages to Canada are currently much longer than expected.
- In some cases we have seen tracking for shipments from July just starting to "move" within the system.
