July 17th, 2020 - We are currently running two (2) business days behind our normal order processing time.
We are currently finishing the packing/shipping of orders from 7-14-20.
- These non-express orders would have normally gone out no later than 7-15-20. Today would be two (2) business days beyond that.
- Please also remember that Friday, 7-3-20, was a holiday, which has contributed to this status, in addition to another uptick that week in order volume.
Receiving is currently processing shipments from 7-9 and 7-10-20. Returns is currently processing shipments from 7-6-20.
eFulfillment Service staff is working overtime, working towards getting back on schedule again.
