July 23rd, 2020 - We are currently running two (2) business days behind our normal order processing time.
We are currently finishing the packing/shipping of orders from 7-20-20
- These non-express orders would have normally gone out no later than 7-21-20. Today would be two (2) business days beyond that.
Receiving is currently processing shipments from 7-14-20. Returns is currently processing shipments from 7-13-20.
eFulfillment Service staff is working overtime, working towards getting back on schedule again. We have once again seen an uptick in order volume which has contributed to this delay. We have been able to hire some additional staff and continue to interview daily.
