July 8th, 2020 - We are currently running two (2) business days behind our normal order processing time.
As is listed in our company shipping policy, order processing times can be delayed due to a holiday, or 3-day weekend. This is coupled with an uptick in order volume in the middle of the week of 6/29.
- We are currently finishing packing/shipping orders from 7-3-20 and moving on to 7-4-20.
- These non-express orders would have normally gone out on 7-6-20 and 7-8-20, respectively.
- Please remember that Friday, 7-3-20, was a holiday.
Receiving is currently working on shipments from 6-26-20 and 6-30-20. Returns is currently processing shipments from 6-24-20.
eFulfillment Service staff is working mandatory overtime, working towards getting back on schedule again.
