JULY 7th, 2020 - EFS ORDER PROCESSING IS RUNNING 2 BUSINESS DAYS BEHIND

July 7th, 2020 - We are currently running two (2) business days behind our normal order processing time.

As is listed in our company shipping policy, order processing times can be delayed due to a holiday, or 3-day weekend.  This is coupled with an uptick in order volume in the middle of the week of 6/29.

  • We are currently packing/shipping orders from 7-2-20, and picking orders from 7-3-20.  
  • These non-express orders would have normally gone out on 7-6-20 and 7-7-20, respectively, taking into consideration that Friday, 7-3-20 was a holiday.  

Receiving is currently working on shipments from 6-25-20 and moving to 6-26-20 shortly.  Returns is currently processing shipments from 6-23-20.

We have had several COVID-19 related issues - no confirmed cases, but issues that required sending home employees to self-monitor.  We have started staff working overtime until further notice.
