SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE FOR INTEGRATION SERVER
On Saturday 6/27/20, beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST through 7:00 p.m. EST, the eFulfillment Service integration server will be intermittently offline for scheduled maintenance. There are several steps to this process and therefore order syncing and inventory syncing could be interrupted intermittently throughout the day.
The Fulfillment Control Panel will still be accessible although any inquiries under the "Integration" tab could result in the red "Alert" error. Once the scheduled maintenance is completed, and the server is brought back online in the evening, integration functions will resume without interruption. If there is any additional information to provide, we will notify you at that time.
As always, if you have any questions, please contact us via the Zendesk support system. Please allow our developers this scheduled time to perform and finish their work before making inquiries, if possible.
