As most of you know, Michigan Governor Whitmer put a mandatory "Shelter in Place" order into effect beginning at midnight on 3/24/20.  

Efulfillment Service, Inc. is defined as an essential business by the Department of Homeland Security and will continue to enforce our abilities to serve our clients and safeguard our employees.  There are some things, however, that you should be aware of that will factor into the fulfillment process and delivery to your customers.


Inventory received at eFulfillment Service will be held for 72 hours before being processed.

  • Recent studies show that COVID_19 is viable on plastic (shrink-wrap, bubble wrap, etc.) for up to three (3) days and up to 24 hours for cardboard.


Processing is on-time now - but you should be aware of additional delays

  • We continue to process orders within normal timeframes, but given the ongoing uncertainty, there may be occasional delays moving forward as we are seeing at other fulfillment centers and with the shipping carriers, globally.  The shipping carriers have all warned of delayed delivery times, but continue to ship, even in restricted areas.
  • Shipping globally may be affected by heavy volume and especially in regions with a higher number of COVID-19 cases. 


Please keep this in mind when you are corresponding with your customers.
