Saturday, February 24th, 2018, EFS will conduct a system maintenance check.  This will cause the following areas to be inaccessible for a period of 30-60 minutes:


  • FCP / Client Dashboard Portal
  • Custom XML Shopping Cart Integrations (this does not include platforms such as Shopify, Volusion, WooCommerce, etc.)**
**If you are a client with custom XML integrations written by a developer (these are          integrations that push orders to us, we do not pull them from an API), you will want        to be sure that if your integration does not check for a failure/success message, that      you resubmit any orders that were in your queue AFTER the scheduled downtime.   
    As always, it is a good idea, in general, to monitor your orders.
