UPDATE: REDIRECT OF YOUR CANADA SHIPMENTS TO FEDEX SERVICE - FOR BOTH USPS AND ePOST

IMPORTANT!

Effective Friday, November 29th, 2024, the United States Postal Service is no longer accepting shipments to Canada.  A separate announcement was posted earlier today in this forum announcing the suspension.

UPDATE:  12-2-24

We have now been notified that ePost is no longer accepting shipments to Canada as well.

As a result, and, to prevent delays in your shipments getting to their destination, beginning immediately, we will automatically redirect the service method to FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP), if your order comes through with a USPS service selected.  FICP is a 2-7 business day service, with tracking, and is comparable in cost, however, dimensional weight and surcharges do apply.

Please reach out to Customer Service, or your Client Care Rep and they can direct you to the rate charts for comparisons.

If you do not want your shipments to be changed to this service, please let us know immediately.

Again, this will ensure that your package will move through the system for final delivery to your customers in Canada.

If you do not wish to have us change to the FedEx service, please note that your orders will not be picked up from our facility by USPS, or ePost Global, so please refrain from sending through any Canada orders moving forward, with a USPS of ePost international service ship method.
