To All Clients:


Effective Monday, January 15th, 2024, the Receiving Department will no longer be sending discrepancy reports for shortages or overages on inventory shipments. 


An email notification is sent when the stock is being entered into inventory showing the SKU number and the number of units being added.  Please be sure that you have yourself or another agent in your company set to receive these. You can add people to these email notifications by going to “Client Info” > “Manage Email”.  You can then add the email address and then pick the notifications from the dropdown menu.

Again, these notifications show the exact count entered per SKU, so please be sure to compare against the packing list you provided to us for that shipment. 

We will still be forwarding a report for any damaged items in the shipment so that you can respond accordingly with your questions, photo requests, etc.

It is important that you remember to monitor your notifications from the Fulfillment Control Panel (FCP) received via email, and also check their inventory counts in the FCP dashboard as well.  Please note that once these notifications are sent, they cannot be "resent".
