Effective 12-4-23, we are happy to be able to provide clients with important updates regarding the warehouse, accounts, and integrations through SMS/Text messaging.
How to set up your account to receive SMS Messages
Follow the step-by-step instructions below for adding your mobile numbers to receive these SMS messages from us here at eFulfillment Service.
STEP 1
Log into your Fulfillment Control Panel and select SMS Notifications from the Client Info Tab.
By adding your mobile number(s) you agree to receive recurring messages from eFulfillment Service to the provided mobile number(s) and also agree to the privacy policy within the MSA agreement. Message & data rates may apply, check with your provider.
STEP 2
From here you will want to select the Add New SMS Number link as shown in the image below.
STEP 3
Enter the mobile number you wish to receive these messages. Then select the country from the available country list and select the Create SMS Number button. The number format should be with no dashes, only international countries should have the ( + ) in front of the number.
NOTE: If you decide, at anytime after signing up, you want to opt out of receiving these messages, remove your number from the list when selecting the delete link.
