Belgium- Update
A nationwide strike is still planned for December 15-16. This will have an impact on delivery in all areas of the country.

Postal services in Lagos have been suspended until further notice.  All mail en route to Nigeria will be delayed.

Two separate strikes occurred at the beginning of this week according to TAP Airlines.  This will effect the processing times for inward, outward and transit mail.

All mail and parcel delivery is now back to normal.

South Africa
The strike has ended but delivery delays of 3-5 days will continue until all mail has been processed.

All mail delivery in Nuremberg has been on hold due to a strike by postal workers.  The work stoppage occurred on the last weekend in November but continues to cause delays within specific areas of Germany.

Heavy rain and flooding are causing delays in postcode areas 83XXX and 34XXX.  Several areas in South East France remain unreachable.

Landslides and road closures have affected the delivery of mail in the following postcode areas:  00XXX,16XXX, 19XXX, 54XXX, 98XXX, 97XXX.

Ongoing Suspension of Mail Delivery
Postal services to the following countries are on hold until further notice:  Sierra Leone and Liberia (Ebola Outbreak), Libya, Ukraine and Syria.
