Belgium- Update Nationwide:
A nationwide strike is still planned for December 15-16. This will have an impact on delivery in all areas of the country.

A 5.9 magnitude earthquake has struck a mountainous region of southwestern China. It hit near the county of Kangding in Sichuan province. Traffic disruptions and delays in mail processing and delivery are possible.

A 6.8 magnitude earthquake shook central Japan in the west of Nagano city. The hardest hit area appears to be Hakuba. Traffic disruptions and delays in mail processing and delivery will occur.

Power outages at Baltimore Washington International Airport on November 24th resulted in flight delays and cancellations. This may cause delivery delays.

Trade unions have called for a general strike in all postal services for Thursday, November 27th. It is expected that this will affect all inbound and outbound processes.

A strike planned for Thursday, November 27th will affect all international and domestic deliveries.

Abu Dhabi:
Heavy fog causes delays and cancellation of flights at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Delays are expected.

Severs flooding has occurred in the Guelmim region, including the cities of Agadir, Marrakech and Quarzazate. Delays in these areas are anticipated.

Heavy rain and flooding in the areas of London, Surrey and Kent are causing delays in delivery.

Ongoing Suspension of Mail Delivery:
Postal services to the following countries are on hold until further notice: Sierra Leone and Liberia (Ebola Outbreak), South Africa, Libya, Ukraine and Syria.
