Address Verification Questions - Email Setting



Some of you might not be aware that we now have an “Email Type” in the “Manage Email” screen entitled “Address Verification Questions”.


This allows you to put an email address for the member of your organization

whom we can contact in the event we have an issue with an improper or incomplete address on an order.


This will insure that the email goes to the correct person and we can stop

the order in question from being canceled. 


  1. Go to “Manage Email” tab.
  2. Select a current email or enter the new contact’s email address.
  3. Select “Address Verification Questions” from the “Email Type” screen.


Please contact your Account Representative if you have any questions.


Please keep in mind that if we don’t hear back from you in 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
