Are you shipping internationally? If so, you will want to make sure that you are including your customer's (the end recipient) phone number in the order information that comes through to eFulfilment Service.
The carrier needs this information to be able to contact them to collect duties and taxes. If they are unable to do so, the package will be sent back to eFulfillment Service.
