***STEP #1 FOR SHOPIFY MIGRATION UPDATE - July 12th, 2023***

TO ALL SHOPIFY CLIENTS

Please cut and paste the below address into your browser for instructions for the Shopify update completion steps after the 10:00 a.m. EST migration.  ***EFS WILL BE DOING THE INITIAL MIGRATION FOR YOU***.

You will know the migration has been done when you see the second Shopify integration in the Integration Portal.

IMPORTANT!

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING YOU UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION OF THE PORTAL - VERSION 2.8.8 (as of EOD 7/13/23).

A MESSAGE SHOULD POP UP PROMPTING YOU TO UPDATE REGARDLESS, AND IF NOT, DO A "REFRESH" OF YOUR BROWSER.

Copy and paste this URL into your browser:

https://share.cleanshot.com/V0rysLCW

Please note - there will be two (2) additional sets of instructions published for Inventory Transfers, and the "Ship U.S. Orders only" setting.

NOTE: DO NOT TURN ON YOUR ORIGINAL V1 INTEGRATION IN IS2 AS THIS WILL INTERRUPT THE WHOLE ORDER COMPLETION/TRACKING UPDATE STATUS AGAIN.

Please let us know of any questions or concerns by creating a Zendesk ticket.  We will be monitoring continuously.  We are committed to making sure every Shopify client gets done what they need to.

Why was there no notification of this prior? All of my sales since yesterday have not been received and the migration is not working properly

    Hi

I totally agree our orders have not dropped in for fulfilment for last two days - client manager is out of office and no replys to our email since this morning.  This is not really acceptable way of making changes to software.

I'm also confused about this...I can't believe this happened almost a week ago.

More than a week of no integration has caused havoc. All notices state this must be complete by 08/01 and now I've got upset customers and have oversold items I won't have for months. Terrible.

Anyone having any suggestions for affordable Shopify expert to help my company with this migration stuff? Also what should we expect to pay from the whole process from start to finish.

    Thanks everyone

    Hi

I have been trying to work with Shopify Support but have got nowhere either.  Shopify does not seem to understand either the matter.  If anyone has feedback please post here so we can help each.  I have got orders splitting fulfillment locations when it should not but Shopify is not able to answer why :-(
