The existing Wix integration module that we have is currently being updated and therefore will not pull orders or sync inventory.

We expected the update to be deployed today, Friday, 5/19/23, however, it most likely will not be finished until next Monday or Tuesday, 5-22 and 5-23-23.


Until then, you will need to manually enter your orders into your Fulfillment Control Panel dashboard ("Orders" > "Create a new order").  If you have questions on how to accomplish this, please reach out to your Client Care Specialist via this Zendesk ticket system.  


We will be updating you as soon as the new integration module is deployed, and migrating you to our new Integration Server2.
