FEDEX - 2017 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

2017 Last Days to Ship

 

Here are your last days to ship with FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery® so your shipments are scheduled to arrive on or before Monday, December 25.

  • The following FedEx Express® services will deliver on Saturday, December 23 if Saturday delivery is selected: FedEx First Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, and FedEx 2Day®. A $16 Saturday delivery fee will apply per package.
  • You will need to ship on Thursday, 12/21/17 for the 2-Day service and Wednesday 12/20/17 for the Express Saver (3 business days).

 

  • FedEx Ground will not deliver on Saturday, December 23. Check out our FedEx Ground Service Maps to determine the day-definite transit time of your FedEx Ground® shipments.

        FedEx Ground shipments to contiguous U.S. – deadline is 12/15/17

        FedEx Ground shipments to Alaska & Hawaii – deadline is 12/13/17

  • Transit times are typically 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (3 to 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii), based on the destination ZIP code.

         FedEx Home Delivery will deliver on Saturday, December 23 at no additional charge.

The delivery date for FedEx International Next Flight shipments depends on the time to clear customs, based on commodity, origin of goods, and destination.

FedEx International First is available only to postal codes in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.

As you know, FedEx SmartPost is not a guaranteed or easily predictable shipping service during the holiday rush, with the USPS completing the delivery, therefore, we recommend that holiday shipments you want to arrive by Christmas not be sent by SmartPost, by Monday, December 4th, 2017.
