Password Reset : ACTION REQUIRED

This past Wednesday evening, many of you discovered that our Fulfillment Control Panel (FCP) went down temporarily. This downtime was due to an issue with the site's maximum connections, which caused it to be intermittently unavailable throughout the night and for a period early Thursday morning. 
To help prevent this from issue happening again, our IT team has made the decision to transition to a new, updated web server. The move to the new server will happen early Saturday morning at 2:00 am Eastern Time.  
For many of you, our Fulfillment Control Panel will be down for just a few minutes. For others, it may take your computer longer to refresh its DNS information, and our FCP may be unavailable for up to 24 hours.
We want to assure you that, if we currently have an integration with your shopping cart, all of your orders will continue to be retrieved automatically and this transition will not affect your order processing times. Additionally, you will not lose any data within our Control Panel.
Please Reset Your Password:
When you attempt to log in to the FCP, you will receive a message asking you to reset your password. Due to recent server vulnerability, we are requiring that all clients reset their passwords. If you do not reset your password by Monday, August 28th at 5:00 pm Eastern Time, we will disable your old password. At that point, you can contact your account manager to receive a new password.
