Here at eFulfillment Service, we rely on FedEx software to provide us with accurate shipping information. Due to an issue recently discovered with the FedEx software, we are currently unable to generate accurate invoices.


As a result, the weekly invoice that you typically receive on Tuesday may not be sent today. 


FedEx is currently working to resolve this issue, and we are hoping to have it resolved very soon. If we are unable to send your invoice today, we will make sure your invoice payment is not processed until the following business day after your invoice is received. 


We will keep you up-to-date on this issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
