To All EFS Clients -Over this past weekend, eFulfillment Service's IT group was working closely with FedEx to upgrade to the latest FedEx server. During that time, we experienced some unexpected complications and were required to revert back to the old server.The tracking information that we issue for packages was disrupted at this time, which applied to all packages, not just FedEx packages. As a result, the tracking numbers for all USPS and UPS packages that were processed on July 23rd and July 24th have invalid tracking numbers. Prior to leaving our facility today, we were able to correct the tracking information for all FedEx packages.We want to assure you that we have been and will continue to be able to process orders, and that the packages should arrive to their destinations as planned; it is only the tracking information that is invalid. This issue has been corrected and all tracking numbers moving forward will be valid. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
